An IntelleCARE™ Managed IT Service Plan provides your Business or Organisation with Proactive Management and Support for your organisation for a Fixed Monthly Fee. We partner with you to become your IT Department using economies of scale, processes and expertise to do so at a Fixed Monthly Fee.

In contrast to IT Support that is provided on an as needed of ‘pay as you go’ basis, an IntelleCARE™ Managed IT Service Plan is designed to make sure your IT Network is proactively looked after with the aim of reducing downtime, increasing performance, reducing the risk of security issues, data loss and even staff frustration. IntelleCARE has 3 Plan options, Essential, Standard and Plus.

IntelleCARE™ Essential: Provides the core set of must have services, functionality and inclusions that ensure the essential level of care for your IT Network.

IntelleCARE™ Standard: Provides not only the core set of services, functionality and inclusion, but with the inclusion of unlimited IT Support, Service and enhanced response times and more.

IntelleCARE™ Plus: For business or organisations that require regular after hours IT Support and Service, IntelleCARE™ Plus adds Unlimited After Hours IT Support as well as improved response times to our Standard Plan.
