In most cases the answer is yes. As most of the work we perform is provided Remotely and via Telephone, for the most part, location does not play a large factor in providing IT Service & Support. Where an onsite is required outside Melbourne, we will usually have or can organise an IT Partner Company to perform these tasks on our behalf, under our management, if on a Managed Service Plan, we usually cover any costs we incur as part of the Fixed Monthly service Fee. Central Management of IT issues would generally occur regardless of IT Provider location.
